“Perhaps Today, Are You Ready?” by Brenda Deese, is a project that Edgeview Creative worked with the client to create a capturing visual for this daily devotional book cover. This book offers the author’s motivations surrounding prophecies found in the bible and how people can prepare themselves spiritually. The author’s work is available both through the website and on Amazon Books.

This cover needed to convey a message of uncertainty. We showed the author several different concepts including doorways, sunsets, storms and passing time. Secondly we wanted to make sure the title and message were clearly in view, modern, and in the same vein as books dealing with these topics. We provided several sizes of the look that was chosen.
Edgeview Creative also created a social media post to be published for the books launch. The book deals with the reader preparing themselves spiritually for whatever the future holds. Devotionals are personal journeys and we wanted the post to speak about preparation and not fear. In all things, one of the best ways to combat fear is through preparedness.
